Years ago, I was in the thick of it. Crippling panic attacks, a diagnosis of depression, and the frustrating cycle of trying therapy after therapy. Six different therapists, medication, and even alternative healing paths gave me bits and pieces, but nothing stuck. It wasn’t until I combined gradual exposure therapy with nervous system regulation and nutritional correction that things started to click... and stay that way.
Now, I help others do the same.
With over 6 years of experience and 240+ success stories, I coach people 1:1 to help them finally break free from anxiety, not just manage it. My approach blends real-world psychology with lived experience and ongoing neuroscience study. It’s practical, structured, and grounded in science - not fluff.
These days, I run a business, study a bachelor of science, run ~100km a week, maintain deep relationships, travel, and still carve out space for peace, and I do it without the anxiety that once weighed me down. That’s what I help my clients build too.
