Based on 4.5 years of working with anxiety clients professionally, my studies in Neuroscience, and the lessons I’ve learned from Monks. I’ve taken some foundational things that have worked well in resolving anxiety and overthinking symptoms for many and compiled them into this short course for you to benefit from. Use it well.

DAY 2

Your next steps

  1. Build a powerlist the evening before of 3-5 habits and/or critical tasks for the following day that are achievable regardless of unexpected circumstances.

  2. Execute on this powerlist daily for the next 2 weeks.

  3. Reevaluate your list whenever you’re not achieving a 100% score on your list by decreasing the barrier to entry of action for each task (as explained in the video). Reduce the time + energy required for each task by reducing the task itself. Once habits are beginning to form, you may expand from there. Start easy.

  4. Build a daily accountability system with someone.

To learn more about why integrity helps reduce anxiety, you may read some of the studies below.

The following session will help you to improve your capacity for stress. This one’s a goodie!

DAY 3

As mentioned, it’s suggested to find premium variations of these supplements, as some companies have poor integrity with the amounts in the supplements themselves, as well as the quality of their manufacturing process.

The supplements mentioned in the session are below, alongside the dosage recommendation.

  • EPA’s: 1-3g per day at any time of EPA’s. This will be a higher amount of total Omega 3, as EPAs are only a component of Omega 3’s. (RESEARCH HERE)

  • Turmeric Supplementation: 500mg of curcumin 3x per day with black pepper extract. (RESEARCH HERE)

  • Ashwagandha: 1000mg of extract split into 2 dosages, morning and evening, or taken in one dosage in the evening. (RESEARCH HERE)

You can read below about the methylation supplements mentioned. I would suggest doing a gene test or working with a professional to work out your specific needs. I strongly recommend NOT self-experimenting, especially if you’re on any form of medication. There are many potential side effects (more so with SAMe).

  • L-5-MTHF (L-Methyltetrahydrofolate) supplementation for depression and well-being (RESEARCH HERE)
